At Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region, we’re changing lives. We are a powerful force in our community, empowering girls to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their fullest potential. Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, creating a path for them to grow into healthy, educated, and independent young women.

With your support, we provide FREE year-round programming to over 400 girls each year—programs that build resilience, confidence, and leadership. But we can’t do it alone.
